Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in writing, and must be requested within 14 days after delivery, no exceptions. You may complete an RMA form here: http://www.bulborama.com/RMA-Request-23.html . Once your RMA is approved, we will advise you via email with return instructions. Damaged items can only be exchanged. All returned items must be in their original packaging along with all accessories and must be in new, re-sellable condition. If you wish to return your items for a refund for any reason other than damage, a 20% restocking fee along with return shipping will be applied to your refund unless Bulborama has made a mistake in merchandising or specification of your order.
